Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara (IKBN) and Institut Kemahiran Tinggi Belia Negara (IKTBN) are a type of skill-based institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia.

Among the courses taught are industrial electronics, audio video and computer technology. This training course usually takes between 18 months to 36 months depending on the skill area. Successful trainees will receive a certificate from the National Vocational Training Council.
