Koperasi Wanita Malaysia Berhad (WCB) was officially established on 22 February 2022, thanks to the efforts and cooperation of co-founders Datuk Nazilah Idris, Datin Norli Alias*, Datuk Faridah Jaabar, Datuk Normala Kahar, Datuk Wan Suraya Wan Mohamad Radzi** and Datin Norzihan Ahmad.

From the beginning of the planning of the establishment, Koperasi Wanita Malaysia Berhad or the abbreviated name WCB has a clear direction which is to fight for and empower the development of women's entrepreneurship and then the aspiration of establishing BANK KOPERASI WANITA MALAYSIA BERHAD.

WCB's goal is to unite 16 million Malaysian women to jointly develop the women's economic agenda.
