Pemerintahan Medan Barat Tentera Darat atau dikenali sebagai Pemerintahan Medan Barat (PMB) is one of the main government organizations of the Malaysian Army based in Sungai Besi Camp, Kuala Lumpur. Before 2015, this formation was better known as the Army Field Command Headquarters but was changed after the establishment of the Timur Field Command Headquarters as a result of the restructuring of the Army in conjunction with the 81st Army Anniversary Day (HUT TD) on 1 March 2014.

This headquarters shelters three main divisions, namely the 2nd Infantry Division (2 Div) at Camp Tun Razak Penang (controlling the northern region and the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia), the 3rd Infantry Division (3 Div) at Camp Sungai Udang Melaka (controlling the region south of the Peninsula) and the 4th Infantry Division (4 Div) at Camp Wardieburn Kuala Lumpur (controlling the central region of the Peninsula). The commander of this base is known as Panglima Medan Barat (with the rank of three-star general).
