Radio Antar Penduduk Indonesia Vector Logo Free Download

Radio Antar Penduduk Indonesia (RAPI) was established in 1980 through the Decree of the Minister of Communications Number SI 11/HK 501/Phb - 80, regarding the Licensing for the Maintenance of Radio Communication Between Indonesian Residents. Until 1993, RAPI had a logo that read KRAP (Radio Communication Between Citizens), which was only allowed to air on the 11 meter band frequency that adopted a radio communication system whose original name was citizen band (CB) as applied in the United States since 1958. However, after its release Decree of the Director General of Posts No. 92 of 1994 regarding the maintenance of KRAP, RAPI is allowed to work on 2 meter band, with the logo written RAPI which is still valid until now.

In Indonesia, RAPI has become so widespread, that several agencies officially participate actively in it, including the police, SAR, fire brigade and BNPB. These agencies always monitor through channel 9, which is called the "emergency channel", when there is news that calls for help, then the relevant agency is ready to help.
