Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Gopeng (IGOP) or its short name SBPI Gopeng, is one of the fully integrated boarding schools in the country located on Jalan Kota Bharu. SBPI Gopeng first opened on 17 February 2003 with the intake of 220 pioneer students. SBPI Gopeng is also one of the 8 integrated schools that were first introduced in 2002. SBPI Gopeng is the first and only fully integrated boarding school opened in the state of Perak .

In realizing the National Education Philosophy to produce harmonious and balanced individuals in terms of physical, spiritual, intellectual and social aspects, the Ministry of Education Malaysia has established an integrated school that provides Pure Science, Pure Religious Science and Technical Science. In 2009, the Gopeng Integrated Full Boarding School had 231 male students and 256 female students, making the total number of students 487. It has a total of 59 teachers. 2009

In 2013, Gopeng Integrated Boarding School (I-GOP) was awarded the High Performance School (HPS) Cohort 4 by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE).
